IMPORTANT RMA PROCEDURES

1. Please complete the RMA form with detailed descriptions of the problem for your product.
2. E-mail this completed RMA form with a copy of the original purchase invoice to both: RMA@sunwilltech.com & cs@sunwilltech.com 
3. All RETURNING product serial numbers or part numbers must match with the original invoice or order number.
4. The RMA Dept. will eMail back to you a RMA number within 24 hrs or provide a reason for RMA denial.
5. After you receive a RMA number, then you may return your defective or do not want products to our location as we write to you.
6. Your assigned RMA number is valid for one week from the date of issue.
7. Please write the RMA Number on the outside of your shipping box (on the address line).

RMA TIPS: For a faster return process, please send retail box products, hard drives, monitors, CD drives, 3Com products, and these video cards (Diamond, Matrox, and ATI) directly to the manufacturer. Phone / Fax numbers provided upon request.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

Sunwill computer offers for one weeks warranty for return. Please verify model compatibility prior to purchase. Seller is not held responsible for item incompatibility. You will subject to 30% restocking if it happened).

* ALL SALES ARE FINAL, exchange only within two weeks warranty period. No product liability insurance is assumed.

* WARRANTY IS ONLY VALID IF THE ITEM IS RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

* If the product received is not as advertised, a replacement will be issued. The buyer is responsible for the return to vendor shipping charges. Sunwill computer will pay for the item to be returned to the buyer via Ground Service.

* We reserve the right to void any warranty if product/s are misused. We only accept returns and refund for those items which were shipped as an incorrect item, an item damaged in shipment, or an item found defective after we inspect the return items.

* Any product found to be tampered with will be returned to the buyer in the condition it was received by Sunwill computer and any remaining warranty will be void.
